When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will email you to confirm receipt of your order, and then a contract has been made between us. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.

How to place order
You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.
Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order. You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering. We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard or Delta/Connect.
Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.
All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate. Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.
The price for each product is shown on equishine.co.uk and includes V.A.T at 20%. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We always try to make sure that the prices on equishine.co.uk are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.
You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the delivery address you specify.

You must pay for your order before it is delivered. You can do so by credit card, debit card or PayPal.
Orders may be processed online, we aim to debit money from your account within one working day after receiving your order.
To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.
Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the order.
All order details and invoices will be sent to the credit card billing address and not the delivery address where the named recipient of the order different
Cancellation and returns
Returns & Exchanges
We want our customers to be able to shop happy in the knowledge that items can be returned if they are unsuitable. You must however notify us by email within 14 days and the products must be returned within 28 days in their original condition.
Products bought in the Sale
Any item bought online in the ‘sale’ can be exchanged, providing it is returned in a resalable condition within 14 days.
All sale items are only available while stock lasts.
Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within fourteen days of receiving your order. Please include your full name, address, contact telephone number, order number, description of the product you wish to return and a brief reason for the return. We will then advise where to send the goods to.
Refunds will be made by re-crediting your payment card account from which the money was originally debited.
All refunds will be made within 30 working days, for full details please review our returns policy.
Faulty Goods / Guarantee
If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem. It’s helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked. The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility.
Within this time scale we will replace defective goods free of charge, at our discretion, providing that you have returned to us any faulty goods upon request.
If an item is no longer available, we will offer an alternative. However, our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only and we are unable to guarantee an exact match. In this instance you will have the option of a refund.
We do not accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect losses.
