We want our customers to be able to shop happy in the knowledge that items can be returned if they are unsuitable. You must however notify us by email within 14 days and the products must be returned within 28 days in their original condition.

Products bought in the Sale

Any item bought online in the ‘sale’ can be exchanged, providing it is returned within 14 days.  All sale items are only available while stock lasts.

Returns Process

Send us an email to customercare@equishine.co.uk within fourteen days of receiving your order. Please include your full name, address, contact telephone number, order number, description of the product you wish to return and a brief reason for the return.  We will then advise how to return your order.

Place the unused goods into the original packaging then package them safely and securely ready for returning. Please include a copy of the returns email.

Ensure you have the relevant insurance from your chosen shipper i.e. Post Office to cover any loss or damage which could occur in transit. We cannot be held responsible for this.

To receive a full refund the goods must be returned to us in within 28 days and in an unused condition, in the original packaging. Extra packaging may be needed to help prevent damage during transit. This is your responsibility.

Once we receive the goods they will be checked over and if everything is ok a full refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.

We are unable to accept returned goods if the original packaging has been used, because we are then unable to resell the products to other customers.

If the products are defective or damaged on delivery, we will reimburse your reasonable cost on returning (up to the cost of returning by Royal Mail standard service). Products must be in ‘as delivered’ condition and in the original packaging. Please obtain a certificate of posting. Any orders that do not involve damage or defective items will not be eligible for P&P refund.

For safety and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of items that have been in contact with a horse/ person and are therefore in a ‘used’ condition. Unless there is a fault with them. Please ensure that you protect any products from becoming soiled whilst trying them.

Refund

Refunds will be made by re-crediting your payment card account from which the money was originally debited.

All refunds will be made within 30 working days.
