Delivery & Charges

Goods will normally be dispatched within 2 working days and delivery is usually within 2-5 working days.  Please note your order may arrive in multiple deliveries.  Orders are not despatched on Saturdays, Sundays or English public holidays. Orders will be sent out via Royal Mail or courier and will require a signature. To make sure you receive your order promptly, please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel. 

Additional postage charges may be incurred depending on location, please see zones below. Your order will normally be delivered between 9:00am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday, please ensure you are home to accept delivery.  If you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage. If you should change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.  If for reasons beyond our control we are prevented from delivering your goods, we will put things right as soon as we can, however we cannot be responsible where this causes a delay/ failure in delivering your goods.

Free UK delivery is available on orders where the goods cost more than £80.

Zones and Pricing

If you spend £80 or more, we can offer you free delivery for most of the UK. If the order is to be delivered to Zone 2 we will deduct the price of standard delivery (£4.95) off your delivery charge.

Zone 1
England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands the zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zones 2 and 3.

Zone 2 
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland – postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

This is because there are surcharges and restrictions on deliveries to these areas imposed by our couriers.

ZONE 3 – Europe

ZONE 4 – Rest of World – Please email for a quote.

International Returns

Please note that our returns policy is different for orders shipped internationally. Shipping charges will not be refunded for unwanted goods.

Foreign Tax and Duty Charges

Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. All customs, duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient.  Equishine is not responsible for these charges, check your local customs website for more info.

If shipments are refused by recipient, return shipping charges will be incurred. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
